thanks in advance.

The Unit has two pccard inside of it so if that it yes it do have a voice mail card.

Using the small voice mail card is a bit confusing. You dial a one digit number for each mailbox. Sorry I don't have a manual in front of me, but I think mailbox 10, is 1, 11 is 2, and so on.

1.Did you set the system to send callers to group 7? (#206,#507,#506)
2.Are there mailboxes for these extensions? (you are limited to how many you can have. The smallest versions have only 4!) If not, Ghostin is right in regards to how you add mailboxes. The mailboxes are numbered from 1-16 and you assign them to extensions. You don't have to have any specific order. 1 can be x10, 2 can be 13, etc. Once you do that, if you call to the Auto Att, you should be able to enter the extension.

Hi rudebbwoy,
The voicemail cards assign the mail boxes to the first extensions & up until the free boxes are used up. The voicemail card small has 4 boxes. The voicemail card large comes setup for 8, spec is 12 at 10 min. each with a maximum of 16 mailboxes. They have one attendant greeting only (no night greeting). In administration, you work on the mailbox by it's number (not extension number). That would be 1, 2, 3 ... You can change extension that the mail box is assigned to in administration. Write this information down to keep track of it. Administration is : mailbox "0", password "1234" , listen for the prompts. Mailboxes are normally option "4".
In use, you reach the mailbox by entering the extension number you assigned the mailbox to (eg. "15"). The password default is "1234".
