I don't think that's possible as Sharepoint isn't meant to house Access databases but rather it is housed in a SQL database. So you really should look towards either building a custom list or a custom webpart I don't think there is a easy way of moving Access databases and be able to interact...
Recommended database size is 2GB so if it's just for viewing and no updates 9 sub sites wouldn't matter much. If you use sharepoint attributes in the lists to identify the files then it's not a problem but if you start thinking sharepoint as your windows boxes where you have so many sub folders...
If you are using Frontpage then you might end up unghosting some sites but I think you can just back them up with templates and then load them up into the site you want to keep as the primary one.

Get some 3 in one oil from home depot and oil the fan. Just remove the sticker from the bottom of the fan and put a drop of it in there, turn it a few times and you are set. I've managed to fix my video card fan this way as well as any fan.

Run the audio out to your stereo receiver. You can crank it up as loud as you like. Just kidding. I've rare had a problem with dvd's not being loud enough even on really crappy el cheapo sound cards or onboard ones. It's usually the speakers that are the problem.
