Merge 2 sites in one

Hi!
Is there a smart/easy way of merging 2 sites into 1 ?
I know it can be done manually creating a 3rd site and
moving things around...

If you are using Frontpage then you might end up unghosting some sites but I think you can just back them up with templates and then load them up into the site you want to keep as the primary one.
