NEC sl2100 RTP sending to wrong IP

Can you also send a copy of your SL2100 database? Change your transport protocol to UDP instead of TCP. All NEC phones I have ever done have been UDP. Lets look at your database and I will let you know what I find there.

NEC sl2100 RTP sending to wrong IP

Have you added your NAT router in 10-12? Do you have 10020 thru 10563 forwarded on the firewall to the address in 84-26?

In-Skin conversation recording (*78) arent forward by email to user

Assuming you know how to log into the phone system using Webpro (let me know if you need more detail), go into system data expand 47-XX on the left then into 47-18. This is the SMTP settings for VM to email. I would also check 10-12 (your network setup) if anything changed with your DNS Server...

NEC SV9100 in-mail static issue after firmware update

I would say do the side tone adjustment. I will copy and paste the instructions. It is intended to adjust issues on POTS lines. It may fix it... Side Tone Auto Setup for Analog Trunks Program 90-68-01 performs a series of tests on the selected lines and auto adjusts it to the line's levels...

    SL1100 Analogue Trunks

There is actually a KB article about this. It is a side tone adjustment. It automatically adjusts the trunks for best performance. Source NEC KB article ID# 11495 This says it is for the SV8100 and SV9100 but I have seen other versions of this floating on NEC's NTAC knowledgebase that claim...

    Virtual Extension external transfer

Bill, I have done what you are wanting to do several times. Here is the trick... in 24-09-01 set it to call forward no answer in 24-09-02 and 03 set it to the outside number by entering 9P(XXX)XXX-XXXX (add a 1 for long distance) in 20-29 assign the virtual...

    ARS

Do you have ARS turned on? you are going to have to use ARS. you are going to have to use a dial treatment (26-03) to add the digits. D03409RE would be the treatment. This is then applied to the f route in 44-05-08. Copy and paste everything in 26-02 and and lets see if we can help you out.

NEC SV8100 Call Center Without VRS

I would use a department group. It is easier to set up.. go into 11-07 and pick a free department group (remember which department group you set it to) add extension 100 Go into 16-01 and in the upper right enter the department group from the step above then click the magnifying glass In Item 01...

    Installation of PN-8IPLA in NEAX2000IPS

Correct me if I am wrong but it sounds like you are wanting to set up 3rd party SIP here... I am pretty sure you are chasing your tail. The 2000 doesn't support 3rd Party SIP. SIP handlers didn't come around until the SV8300. Just my 2 cents.

Here is a guide to setting up VM to email. Have got this working at 100's of customer sites... 1. Build yourself a Gmail account for this customer. Loud echo on called party' SL1100 with PRI and analog stations

Ah I see it now. I agree with NTAC then. I would call out the carrier. I worked for a dealer that was also a Carrier. I would have customers with our phone system and dial tone and one in particular they were having echo and cut out. I tried replacing the blade, I tried the gain levels, nothing...

    E1 Tie Line

I have worked on a 9300 with E1. I do know I had to go through a local vendor (in Cancun) to get it licensed in Latin America to allow the E1 to work. NTAC was very guarded with helping until it was done. And they only worked with the Latin American dealer.

Loud echo on called party' SL1100 with PRI and analog stations

Here is an NTAC ticket I had and corrected it. Pay close attention to the things it corrects (ECHO) You must do the following from a telephone: Enter system programming by pressing Speaker, then dialing #, *, #, * . Password is 12345678, then press the Hold Key. Next enter 9068 to go to...
