you're getting a wrong security key error. You'll need to get the sec keys from your key and place it in the aloha.ini so it matches up with your aloha key.
I would try this before the site is opened.
delete downtime.ini and restart the terminals one at a time with Term1 being first and see if it picks up the server. If it does you can bring up the rest of the terminals. Also have you done a reboot on the server boh?
Check the debout for CFC. Also check to make sure your C: drive is not low on space. I've seen this error and it was caused by not enough space on the C: drive for the export to save.
Looks like you're cards are processing offline. path to the master terminal and within the aloha folder\edc you should see a spooling flag. delete it. Should there be any spl files in there, move them to your edc folder and rename the extensions to .req and those offline authorizations will...
Has anyone seen this error "Expected database schema version 305, revision 3 but the current database is schema version 304, revision 1."
This occurred after NAM did an auto update and now that error comes up when trying to open NAM.
Any ideas on how to fix?
I just did a clean install of 15.1 TS in my lab using a dell server, one Radiant P1515 and 1 non Radiant/NCR terminal running RAL. 15.1 requires RAL. You can install without it, but the FOH will permanently show an error message about the configuration of the system being incorrect.
