Using R9.1, we saw in the past reboots due to a computer (or something...) in the network flooding the IPO.
In my memory, updates have corrected that problem.
So, as janni78 said, it is a good idea to first upgrade to the last 9.1
If it doen't solve the problem, maybe you can change the SD card...
You can copy the Sysetm\Primary\security.cfg file from the old SD card to the new one, to keep the security settings.

You can add IPDECT_EXTERNAL_CLI_PRESENTED in the "Source Numbers" for NoUser.
This setting will fix the caller ID for the DECT phones.

We had the same problem with a "0" prefix sent to twinned mobile.
Avaya has made working a patch for 10.1.0 and 10.1 service pack 1.

If not, you cannot listen messages from a web browser in One-X.
To verify UMS is well installed:
You can try to reach UMS on the server http://Your_Server/voicemail
To install it, run VoiceMail Pro installation and add "Web Voicemail" feature.
