Avaya IX workplace issues

IP office version 11.0.4 build 74
IX workplace version 3.7 also tried 3.8
IX workplace works on Windows laptops connecting back to server via VPN with no issues. Mac users running version 10.11 also connect with no issue.
Mac users running version 10.15 ( Catalina ) are able to register and make and receive calls but have no access to contacts and appear to other users as being offline. Has anyone else run into this issue and if you were able to find a solution please share.

yeah, needs to be FQDN instead of IP
DNS:FQDN in san
DNS:SIP Domain in san
expiration date cant be over 2 years
