Voicemail pro on 8.1 greetings in mbxs stop playing

We have a voicemail pro on 8.1 that suddenly calls instead of going to recorded mailbox greetings get the "your call is being answered by IP Office" greeting instead. I try to restart the service and it gets stuck. Only a reboot of the server fixes the issue. I have reinstalled the software and the problem still persists. This is happening every 7 to 10 days. Any ideas out there?
 
I would make sure the service is running with a local system account. I have never see it give generic greetings when this is an issue. Usually it just stops and you can't restart the service with out rebooting the server.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.
 
intersting .. I just received a call from a customer with the same issue.
All the messages were there but they needed to enable them to their primary greeting again.

What mode are you running? Intuity by any chance?

It is running in Intuity mode. There are a lot of recorded calls on the drive in users folders, I have always wondered about too many recordings affecting the voicemail performance. I'd be curious to know if your customers issue stays away after you re-enabled them to their primary greeting again manually, we have been rebooting.

Do you have call recording turned on somewhere?
I have had that issue on 8.1 before and also on 9.0 in the trials.

That is causing the problem.
You will have to raise this as a bug.
