Hello everyone
I've recently installed a new IPO at version 11 with 7 DECT 3730 phones at one site via an 8 port IPBS2 DECT module. The customer is having problems losing calls when the recall button being is pressed to placed the caller on hold prior to either speaking with them again or transferring them to another extension. The DECT phone shows "Hung up" after 30 seconds and the caller is left active until they clear down.
I tested this by dialing out from the DECT phone to an external cell phone. It disconnects 30 seconds after the "R" is pressed. The 3 normal wired digital 9508 phones don't have any problems leaving the caller on hold as this was working fine after a minute had passed.
I installed the IPBS2 unit with the latest 10.2.9 software. I can't seen to see any settings in the IPO configuration but I was wondering if is more of an issue with any settings in the IPBS2 module?. Has any else come across the same problem?. All I want to do is to increase the time to more than 30 seconds.
Another annoying problem is that the incoming caller ID that is displayed on the digital phones, isn't being shown on any of the DECT 3730 phones. All I see are the phone systems own caller ID displayed instead which is a pain for the users not knowing who the caller is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated please?.
