    we were told by Mitel that if you were trying to record TW sets, the SRC licenses had to be on the same MBG as the TW licenses.If you are trying to record LAN based phones, the SRC licenses had to be on a LAN based MBG, not network edge. so some sites have two MBG/SRC servers.

    thanks for the feedback. in this case, the customer has sites that were migrated from 200ICP's and no IP user licenses have been purchased at those sites since. I am thinking that those licenses won't be movable.

    I would be tempted to leave that one mailbox in there. When I accidentally create a conflict with one touch mailboxes and create the delay, deleting the conflict doesn't fix the delay until I reboot. So a reboot might bring your problem back
