need a 200 ICP to downgrade the firmware on a 5540 console.
customer is hours away and running 5.0.1.11 on an AX, and the 5540 has failed.
we shipped them a 5540 we had, but was installed on a 3300 and it won't downgrade.
Mitel support says that if we upgrade them to the latest 5.0.2.14, and open up port 2002 on the firewall - they can help us downgrade the 5540 to work.
will be almost impossible to get port 2002 open on the firewall.
we don't have a 200ICP of any flavor in our backup stock, only 3300s
is there any way we could get the 200 software on a 3300 CX-II so we can downgrade the 5540?
I think the original CX was the same hardware for both 200 and 3300, but the CX-II doesn't have a flash card port.
any ideas welcome
thanks.

I did not have to open any ports when they did mine. They did it thru team viewer

thanks, so as long as your computer was on the same subnet as the ICP, and they can connect with team viewer, you were good to go.
might have to do the site visit thing
thanks
