ahh the old h323 fixup issue. Not sure why that would hve effected your setup tho since you stated that the phone was able to boot up and connect prior to attempting to upgrade. Seems to me it would have not connected at all.

Configured and tested a vpn phone shipped it the site phone will not get passed phase 1. Shipped and tested a 2nd phone same result.

I have a SCN with centralized vmpro. I missed something in qos trying to figure out why calls to vm are borken up but voice calls are crystal.
How can i ensure that calls to vmpro have the same prioritization as normal VoIP calls?
