Hi There Anseo you need to check on the Web page for the software version for your system which is running CM 3.1.1 if what you state is R013x.01.1.628.7 . The latest patch at the moment is 15133 which was released in Feb 08,Hope this is a help

The issue is with IE6 from Microsoft not been able to use a name with multiple dot's in it ie(xxx.xxxx.xxxx.tar.gz)
