Apparently there is an issue with the bracketed 1 in the filename – some corruption with windows or linux where the process appends the filename to the unpack or some such funny business. Fix is to remove the brackets and the 1, resave and reload to /var/home/ftp/pub

notice is on the avaya website, but I'm becoming a tek-tips junky so I looked here first.

onward...

The issue is with IE6 from Microsoft not been able to use a name with multiple dot's in it ie(xxx.xxxx.xxxx.tar.gz)
The fix is to either use IE7 or Firefox to download the file.

i use IE6 to download files, i just delete the brackets. the install wizards don't work too well with IE7.

x2
