Where is the port on a G3si that I am supposed to plug the modem line in so Avaya INADs can dial in? Does anyone know the TN #? Sorry, I'm used to the newer 87xx. Thanks

You need to connect an amphenol cable to the AUX port and use the Violet Slate wire to connect to the phone socket for you modem to plug into.

So if there is a "harmonica" on the back of the AUX board I guess as long as I crimp the analog pair to pins 7 & 8 and plug it into the last port it should work. Thanks!

Which board will support more CO trunks? The MM711 or is it the MM714? Thanks.

To oscar01 on your query for the MM711 has 8 Universal Analog ports for either Pots/Faxes or trunks as the MM714 has 4 Analog Pots ports and 4 Analog trunk ports
The MM711 media module provides analog line, trunk and telephone features and functionality.
The MM711 front panel includes eight universal analog ports. These ports can be used for
analog telephone or fax machines, or for analog trunks.

Awesome! Thanks for the replys. I bought a MM711 to solve my issues.

Regarding the INADS line: There is a 25 pair amphenol connector on the back of the cabinet labeled 'AUX'. This cable provides control for the Emergency Transfer Units, Console Power, External Alarm connections, and the INADS line on the last pair. The modem is built onto one of the control boards.
