press CTRL and select the phones that you want to have removed. Goto edit, global update. there you can find the SSTAT ( sync status ) in the Old Value field type * in the new Value field select New Click on ADD and click on OK. The Sync status is now set to "new" Now you can delete these phones.

here's an idea. Get ERD commander boot cd from Winternals. Put the HDD in a computer as the only harddrive in the machine. Boot the machine with the ERD commander boot CD. Use the locksmith to clear the password. If you want to replace the harddrive use ghost to copy 1 drive to the other.
