    Symposium and GRTD

We actually use both in our call center. Each has it's benefits. We have symonview running in a batch file that forces it to always be on top. The agents have it down on the lower corner of their screen and can always see it. GRTD has an alert feature that you can have a system beep, icon...

You actually add it to the class of each set ICDA. Best bet is to script it out.

    Changing ACD sets

I will have to bow out to those who know loads (joke intended) more than I do, and say "I shallt not change an acquired set". I guess just because I can not see any problems, it does not mean they are not there.

    Changing ACD sets

Personally I make CLS changes on acd sets all the time without deacquiring. And have not had any data issues. I just would not do a MOV with them without deacquiring though.

    CDR "packed TN" conversion help

Thanks, that is what I needed. The call management software was converting it, and of course it made no sense. At least now I can go in an lable what it says is extention 12190 as TN 8 0 3 10 so I can follow it. Would be nice to upgrade it but as always $ is going to other things first. Thanks...

    CDR "packed TN" conversion help

I am trying to decipher what the CDR "packed TN" shows. Our Infortel software treates it as Hex and converts to Dec, but that does not make sense. For example TN088E converts to 12190. Google, Nortel Doc's and the forum searches so far have not turned up any clues. Thanks

    ACD supervisor

pbxn: I would be carefull with doing that. You are looking at opening yourself up to a lawsuit. Could be considered harrasment. Just make sure you lay out the standard to meet and what steps will happen if they are not meet. Give them the rope, they know what to do with it.

    CDR via IP on 81c

Just a thought, would cutting down on what your capturing to cdr help? If you are mainly looking at it from a real time perspective maybe you are a just interested in certain data. Just a thought. The symposium stream is locked down pretty good. The best you could get from there is the 15 min...
