Cant out TN due to supervisor assigned key

I am trying to out a TN that was assigned a supervisor.
I have nulled out the key and changed it to a new ACD id, but the TN still thinks it is there.
Any ideas on how to clear that?
Am I going to have to out the supervisor phone and rebuild it before outting the tn?

I was able to out the supervisor.
But it still would give SCH0767 when I would try to out the agent.
Somewhere it is stuck in memory and will not clear.

Luckily not an urgent thing, just bugs me that I can't out it.
Will try a reboot soon and see if I can out it after.

Unfortuneatly, you cannot acquire the TN from the PBX. It's gotta be done in Symposium. Also, when you deaquire from the PBX, Symposium won't recognize it so you still have to deaquire and reacquire in Symposium.

I find that to be extremely annoying.

Do you know if the spv set was logged out and disabled before outing it? If not, it may have caused some corruption. Try running the template audit by going into LD1 and see if that clears it.
