I am trying to decipher what the CDR "packed TN" shows.
Our Infortel software treates it as Hex and converts to Dec, but that does not make sense.
For example TN088E converts to 12190.
Google, Nortel Doc's and the forum searches so far have not turned up any clues.
Thanks

you used the hex to dec conversion on a scientific calculator?

You need to go to ld 32 and

.conv 0883 and it should give you the TN.

This should help.

Thanks, that is what I needed.
The call management software was converting it, and of course it made no sense.
At least now I can go in an lable what it says is extention 12190 as TN 8 0 3 10 so I can follow it.

Would be nice to upgrade it but as always $ is going to other things first.
Thanks again.

well if it's not broke, don't fix it.

there's enough old techs to help you out.
