We are Running IP500 4.2 (4) with SIP Trunks from Curry IP.
We are using 5410 Digital phones locally and Verizon FiOS 20 down 6 up to the SIP provider.
All Inbound calls are fine no trouble at all.
However outbound as follows:
Call to TDM PRI or T-1: no problems
Call to digital home end point...

I did a replacement in a 400 w/ 3.6. Everything went well but no manger interface. Changing the date to 6/3/08 then reinitializing the HDD resolved that issue. Thank you gberger!
As of now Avaya will not support CCC across SCN (i.e. 2 separate delta
servers are needed along with licensing.) Besides using IP phones at
the remote site that will register with the Head IPO, is any one
familiar with a work around.

Had the same trouble in 2003 Server R1. Resolved by going into IIS - Extend local server - go to Web Service Extensions - go to ASP.Net - then click allow and you should see a green check on it.
This resolved the issue for me.

This may be a stupid ans. but I was having problems as well. What I was not doing is the following:
the logon and password of the PC running the client wrapper must be listed identical on the bcm under users as a CDR user.
Is this done?
