Cannot log in to norstar admin via phones (only via Callpilot Manager)

We recently installed a Callpilot 150. When it was first installed, I could program it via both the phone systems (F983) and our Callpilot Manager (TCP/IP). Now, for some unknown reason, I try to login via F983 and I get:
Activation Impossible -- Exiting
on my phone. All other F98x functions work (voice mail, etc.)

The password is good, because if I don't enter the correct password, it gives a differnt error message.

Any ideas?

strange, but just check to make sure the feature codes are the same (feature 9*1)

You aren't trying to access it from a smaller phone like a 7208 are you?
