Anyone have experience with pushing or pulling the records. I am in a single BCM enviorment and can't seem to pull or push the records. All indications from the docs are showing that I must set up an FTP site? is this the case can I not just pull or push local!

Pushing the files is easy, provided you have an external FTP server to dump them to. The pull utility is more involved and requires loading the CDR client utility on your PC and configuring appropriately. The documentation on the BCM describes setting this up quite well.

Unfortunately, no. Push transfers require an FTP server. If you have Windows 2000 pro or XP, you can install the IIS FTP server app - it "comes with" the operating system. It's not hard to set up.

Kinda makes the old Norstar SMDR days look good doesn't it??

You can download a free ftp server of the web I have one from 3com I know there are a few about

I have it putting files going into a directory but what program do I open them with. I tried wordpad, and cdr client, but got nothing?
