Page Group w/ IP Office

I am using page group 799 (All Phones) This works fine. My issue is when the page goes out and someone lifts the recever to respond they can not be heard, in other words I am looking to have the page become a ext to ext call when someone lifts the receiver to respond. This was the case with the magix prior.
Any suggestions or work arounds would be appreciated!

With IP Office the recipient must press CONF key to make call into intercom. It's the Partner that allows page recipent to just lift handset...
