It's just a setting on the phone. Press "Options", scroll down to "15 Call Indicator light". If it's ON, then the red light flashes when you call that phone, if it's OFF, the light doesn't flash.
You can print in LD 117. That stuff doesn't get overwritten. PRT SEL

I have a CS1000 with CallPilot. A user claims she had the ability to press an autodial key to log herself into voicemail. Basically, get dial tone, press the MWK key to access CallPilot, then the autodial key, which is this: 08 ADL 12 4827#1211#
Is that even possible to do? I can't get it...
That's because it doesn't make sense to have it do that. How would you ever know if you have a new message if the light is always on after the messages are listened to??

I'd print the TN for that phone to see if it's really an MCK key. I'm thinking that the MCK doesn't even flash. You probably have an MWK on there. Get dial tone and press that key...
We upgraded to 6.0, CC7SU3, and put that p30038_1 patch on and we're still seeing problems with the real-time display... Agents Idle when on a call, Busy when not on a call, etc.
