If you have the headset plugged into the handset port, the handset needs to be removed when using the headset. If you have the headset plugged into the actual headset port and you are using a programmed headset button, you should be able to leave the handset on the cradle.

queenie, I am having the same issue. All my settings appear to be correct. Just wont work on my 8700's. I have a G3si v10 and it works fine on this system. when I list trace it he says i needs the dis supervision turned on but it is already on for both. Must be missing something.

If you have a vdn before your vdn that queues to your agents, the vdn before the vdn that queues needs to be set to allow vdn override.

You can always use IP Agent in telecommuter mode with the desktop phones. This is an easy way to configure screen pops through IP Agent. Check the compatability with 9.5 though. I am not sure what release allows IP Agent.

Are you running automatic scripts? If you are, see if you can run other reports using the auto script. Sometimes I have trouble running them when I am logged into Centrevu. Try setting up some scripts to run and then logout of Centrevu and see if they run.

I am planning on installing 5 G650's. They will all plug into an Avaya 3000VA UPS. The amp rating on the UPS is 15 amps and each G650 has a rating of 25 amps. What amp rating do I need to have on the circuit that the UPS plugs into? Is it a 15 amps circuit just for the UPS or do I need like...

Talk with Avaya support. If you have USB, see if they will give you the new style USB hardware key. We have had less problems since this key was installed. It may correct your issue.
