With Loop Start, you may have "collisions"....Just make sure the 1st incoming is the LAST choice in the line pool. Other than that ... timing IS everything... Add lines, remove lines from the CO hunt group or add lines to the pool if it becomes a problem. Rick Williams "Doctor Dialtone"...

One of the sets has a FNA set to fewer rings than the A/A. (In "Lines") If a set has lines that A&R and it has fewer rings set for FNA than the A/A .... its Voice Mail (Not yet initialized) will answer the calls before the A/A gets it. Rick Williams "Doctor Dialtone" www.amcp.com
