Could be down to timing. When pressing the access code for a pool it sould grab the last line in that group. Could be that all lines except the last one are in use and the user just happens to seize that line as a cal is coming in. That would explain why it's intermittent. Just a hunch.
With Loop Start, you may have "collisions"....Just make sure the 1st incoming is the LAST choice in the line pool. Other than that ... timing IS everything...
Add lines, remove lines from the CO hunt group or add lines to the pool if it becomes a problem.
Also, if it's a ringing set, if they pick up the handset to place a call as a call is ringing in, they'll get that call.
Make sure their handset isn't plugged into the headset jack, and that handsfree is enabled. Have them press intercom, then pick up the handset to make sure they don't accidentally pick up inbound calls.
