I was remotely working on a new 8300 when my laptop inexplicably rebooted. When I went back in and tried to change the vector I was working on, it told me my login had the data locked. I logged off, disconnected and went back in again and had the same problem. I then went in as dadmin and...
I have definitely done this before, your programming looks like it should work. The only thing that you might try, is on page two or three of the hunt group, there is a lwc reception field. If it is set to none, try setting it to audix. I had a problem with agent login's message waitings and...
Greetings,
I have agent log-in id's with voice mail, and I wanted the message waiting lamp to light when there are messages in that mailbox. I changed the system par features, page 11, Message Waiting Lamp Indicates Status For: loginID
The lights are still not going on, am I missing...
Greetings,
I had ASA R1.9.06 installed and recently updated to R2.0.12. When I have upgraded in the past, all the switch and voicemail dialin info remained. This time however, it deleted all of them. Does anyone have any suggestions? I had well over 100 systems identified in it and am...
Here is something else you can do to use one mailbox for two extensions. In the Intuity, create a mailbox on the primary extension. Then go to "ch auto r", which will bring up a table. In the first column (incoming dialed number) put in the secondary extension number. Then in the...
The first thing you need to do is verify the call forwarding code by entering, "disp fea". On the first page, midway down you will see a call forward all calls activation code and to the right of that same line a deactivation code. These are usually *2 to activate and #2 to...
If this is something you want the user to be able to activate & deactivate themselves here is an easier way to do it.
Check what COS the station is currently using by doing "disp st xxxx". Find an unused COS number and type in "ch cos". The screen will come up with the COS...
I used to have the same problem. You may have already tried this, but my solution to the problem was using the plain old analog modem(the first one in the drop down selection box)in the switch connection properties. No matter what computer or modem type I use, it works great every time.
Hope...
Greetings,
I have a Terranova tech support number from a while ago, not sure if it still works, but worth a try. Either 800-992-1625 or 919-426-1065. As an old terranova user, trust me, DSA/ASA blows it away and it is much, much easier to use.
Hope this helps,
Cathy
Agent login id's is exactly what you want. You have a group of stations whose extensions are members of the hunt group. Program the AD button for login to dial the login code and the hunt group number (ex 11401). To log in the rep presses the AD button and enters their code. When login id's...
Thanks, I have a total mental block with those stupid signs.....usually the way I know I have it right is the system will tell me if it is invalid. I usually get around the queue to problem is by making the queue larger that the number of inbound trunks.
