What's an example password for a user to log into workplace?
I've seen this when you use really default passwords like '1234'. Try something like Password1! and see if that improves?

After following Tommys steps. Did the length of the clip extend? Because when I use Audacity, after setting the bitrate to 8k and format to 16 bit PCM. I need to increase the speed by 400% and then 10% again so it's back to the same time. Otherwise it does sound distorted.
In Preferences > General in VM Pro.
You can change the Max call / VRL Record length from something greater than the default 3600. Since that seems like your capping at 60 minutes issue.
Sounds like she could become a seller on something like Fiverr. Why limit her business to just Avaya when she can do so much more :)

Yes it can. The destination field will tell you which VMPro module the call went to. Also, it does record the caller ID of the caller.
No it would not. As soon as the caller connects to a VMPro module it wouldn't be abandoned, because it's answered right?
There is no way to get the call records that were made before installing ACR.

Can make our gateway crash by just calling into a group which has phones on the server edition and the chasis.
