ACR - previous record

Dear expert,

Is it possible to get the previous record in ACR?

We install a IPO500v2 and perform call test two weeks ago. Also we installed the ACR today and when we run the report only get the records of today.

Any suggestion to retrieve the call records before we install the ACR?
 
There is no way to get the call records that were made before installing ACR.

Unless you somehow had SMDR turned on the IPO. Then you can check the .csv file.

Further question:

Can ACR record the calls no or detail for those calls routed to VMPro?

Did the abandoned calls equal to the no. of calls routed to vmpro?

Yes it can. The destination field will tell you which VMPro module the call went to. Also, it does record the caller ID of the caller.

No it would not. As soon as the caller connects to a VMPro module it wouldn't be abandoned, because it's answered right?
