Hi everyone. I recently deployed an App server in hyper v at the latest release R11.0.4.2, the issue I’m having is when I putty into the server and try to elevate to root, my root credentials do not work. I know they’re right because I can change them in web manager port 7071. Any ideas?

Remote root access is no longer allowed. For root access you have to be at the physical server, or in the case of virtual machines at the virtual platform console.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I talked to Avaya regarding the document SOLN347582 they released but seems they haven't updated it yet.

Personally I think the command should be

Code:
sudo usermod -a -G wheel Administrator

If you run the command without -a it will remove you from all other groups, although you get re-added to some of them after a reboot.
