That semi-colon was integral in getting this to work. Although using it in Sys Shortcodes would not work. I did have to add them to the Shortcodes in the ARS table.

In Monitor, go to the ISDN tab and select all the boxes. Do the test again and see if the full number goes out in ISDN messages, including the 5. If you don't see it there, then work backwards into the IP Office. Monitor should show something and it sounds like it is in the Shortcodes. For...

I have a site with same issue. Upgraded them to 11.0.4 SP1 last week and the "Busy" occurred within a few days.
I have SysMon running and will open another case next time it happens.

I have two customers that are eager to start using Web Manager for IP Office. I went through the Web Manager docs in Marketingtools and searched around tech-tips and cannot find the answer to this question.
Can multiple Admin's be logged into via Web Manager making changes without overwriting...

Can anyone confirm 10.1.3 fixes the issues with 5400 phones? I am doing an upgrade tomorrow moring from 10.1.2 to 10.1.3 for these issues... and I do not see it listed as a fix in the tech bulletin 215 for this SP.

IP Office SE with SIP connected to Edgemarc 4700. Just upgraded the solution to 10.1.2 over the weekend. I got an alarm the SIP trunk went down, after researching SysMon, which was capturing and logging, I found where the trunk went down.
Calls were working fine until someone tried dialing...
The person doing the intrusion has to be in the Interpreter Mon group too. Also that person needs to have the Monitor Group set to Interpretor Mon under Telephony / supervisor settings
