We have a customer who wants to be able to have an automatic week table for their opening hours but also want to be able to manually take off night service whenever they want to work late. can this be done on NS700 using NT680 handsets?
They also want their night service group to divert to two...
I recorded a message using *47(PS number+PIN) then *38
This all worked before lockdown. A colleague added a divert to mobile button for the group and now they’re back in the office and divert is disabled the previous working order does not appear to work.
Hi Folks,
I have a customer who has a NS700 with SVM. Usually, customers dial the main number which goes to ICD group 601. If calls are unanswered after 20secs calls go to voicemail to say theyre busy and to leave a message. this doesnt appear to be happening.

Hi All,
We have a potential new client who is looking to buy an NS700. They would like their customer database to be able to screen pop with the customer account should a client call in that matches a stored CLI.
Does anyone know if this something that Panasonic NS700 can do?
Thanks
Hi Guys,
I already have the mobile license registered on the KMS server and a spare IP license for the user.
We are using Gamma converged SIP for the lines and broadband. I think we need to ask Gamma to relax their firewall on the Cisco router and for them to assign us a usable IP address to...
Ah, OK. I think they might.
I got my remote IP user to work BTW... without relaxing the firewall. As it was only one site with one user, i asked Gamma to put the WAN of the remote office router onto an 'Access/white list' and followed the appropriate ports to forward etc it worked.
I still...

The system is on 008.00055 which is the latest i think. It didn't like the 5060 or 35060 etc. I seen a similar screen shot on this forum so i put the 30000 in to be safe. I'm NOT using...

"As the IP would be variable being 4G we're not able to open ports to any IP and would need a specific range in order to allow access through our router.
As such I suspect the best configuration for the customers need would be a...
