Good Evening folks,
I'm looking for some assistance to see if anyone can spot where I'm going wrong with the installation of the Panasonic Mobile App. With all the settings below the app isn't seeing the MPR ID of the PBX. I also get the red dot on the top left of the app with the warning "Please check SIP Server Address and Port or SIP Username and password (OPTIONS).
I have a NS700 on Gamma Assured SIP. The app is installed on an iPhone XR with the latest software update.
I have ports forwarded on the Cisco 800 series router as follows:
Internal- 16000-16511 External- 16000-16511 Protocol- UDP IP Address- 192.168.1.101 (DSP)
Internal- 5060 External- 5060 Protocol- UDP IP Address- 192.168.1.100 (PBX)
Internal- 15060 External- 36060 Protocol- UDP IP Address- 192.168.1.100 (PBX)
Internal- 15061 External- 36061 Protocol- TCP IP Address- 192.168.1.100 (PBX)
Internal- 15060 External- 15808 Protocol- UDP IP Address- 192.168.1.100 (PBX)
I have added 1 x IP-PT Extension activation key to the PBX, do i need to do anything with this spare licence like activating it?? Our supplier has added the softphone licence. Do i need to do anything with the binding confirmation?
App settings are as follows:
SIP Username: 225
Password: 2580
SIP Server Address Remote: (Public IP of the router)
SIP Server Port (Remote): 36060
SIP Server Address (Local): 192.168.1.100 (PABX)
SIP Server Port (Local): 15060
PABX Settings:
IP Addresses: PBX: 192.168.1.100 - DNS: Obtained using CMD ipconfig /all - DSP: 192.168.1.101 - Media Relay External IP: (public IP)
PBX Port: SIP Server UDP Port: 15060 (TLS 15061) - NAT SIP Server Port: 36060 (TLS 36061) NAT Voice UDP (16000)
Card: V-SIP Extension card installed with extn 225 entered - passcode: 2580 - phone location: Remote & Local
A lot of info to digest but hopefully someone see's why im going round in circles.
Regards,
Caps
