Urgent ICD group help required.

Hi Folks. i have 3 ICD groups created (601, 602 and 603). 2 users in each group. 1 user rings immediately then the other rings after 3 rings.

i have a PS extension created (283) with a message saying "There is no one available to take the call, leave a message"

i put this ps extension into all groups and set to no ring. how can i set incoming calls which hit ICD 601, 602 and 603 to play PS 283 message after 30 seconds if the incoming call goes unanswered?

Put that PS in the first entry in the group then set no answer destination as 591 and time to 30 seconds

Above is if you only have the SVM and not full UM
 
ah. i had the no answer destination as 283 aswell - stupid!!!
