Here are our RDB and DDSL set up for connections between CS1000E R7.5 to SX2000
We did find an issue where incoming calls from PSTN over DASS links delivered into the CS1K then, transferred via DSC to a busy extension on the sx2000, returned NU rather than busy tone and avaya supplied a patch...
Had similar issue on r5.5 cppm sig servers. Found this on Avaya which fixed my issue.

Had exactly same issue on R7.0 SS.
For Release 7.0 was advised by Avaya to POOS MPLR31601 and replace with MPLR31797.
Also to apply latest BCC Sig Serv patch
nortel-cs1000-bcc-7.00.20.10-63.i386.000.
Working fine now.

Sorry, issue is that when the call is initiated from the IPC dealerboard it comes across a tie link to the CS1000 with a TON of UNKNOWN.
Then when it is passed to PSTN it carries this forward and CLID fails.
I want the IPC Dealerboard system to send a TON of NATL (or NPA) is this...
Does anyone know if there is a way for the IPC system to set a Type of Number to National?
Currently the IPC calls transit through a CS1000 via QSIG ISGF link but when they hop off to PSTN CLID defaults to the bearer number. We receive the correct digits but the TON is always UNKNOWN rather than...
Had a similar problem with RTD but our agents were showing IDLE when calls had been presented and answered. Found MPLR30038 for the R6.0 CS1K solved that one.
tested again...
It seemed to work with CNTL = YES on Agent ACD Q as well as putting the MGATE cards into fully wired slots that also had a working controller card on the shelf. Bless the engineer who had allocated previous slots!!!!
Thanks to PERRPJ and DJ4020 for taking time to respond, just a...
DJ4020 Cheers for that, we are the partner and we had a fully kosher new keycode, which as mentioned was exactly same number except new switch assigned in site id.
My point is if this switch assignment appears in keycode is there somewhere the CP needs to know about it? Obviously keycode is same...
Have an issue with IP handsets 1140E and 1120E randomely rebooting on a CPDC R7.5 server.
Have recovered a SSH trace from one of the handsets that has expirienced the issue and was looking for some advice on debugging this output.
Handsets are C8A FW and system is patched.

Perrypj can you elaborate about this on the forum or offline as it were?
I received a new keycode from Avaya but its same code as previous and same dongle id, with only updated info in electronic file on KRS being the new switch site id.
Tried to move the R4.o4 Call pilot from M1 switch A to M1...
Hi,
R4.04 Call Pilot what is required to move it from switch A to Switch B?
Is there any reference in the CP server to associate it with a specific switch? I know on install you add the dongle id is switch ID info contained within this?
Not sure what you get with the CP150 but with 202i - 1006r type servers MyCallPilot is normally on the application CD. Latest versions are then available on the Avaya Support website ESPL tool.

You can then use Product to search for your particular switch/Release

For it to have been working well in the past and suddenly become an issue I would check back through to see if any network updates/changes taken place recently, or changes to PC's?
did you try as nanningmiss advised "Or try to change (elongate) Output Rate or Transform Rate." Consider increasing your TTL on the CCMS server. This is found in RTD Multicast Configuration - even if you use unicast to the desktops, you are still multicast from CCMS to CCMA.
