Phone List will not sync in UCM element manager

To all,

Need some help. Our phones listed in the EM on the UCM for our CS 1000 will not list all phones on our PBX. I have tried syncing subscriber lists. I have tried a retrieve of all phones on the system and nothing. HELP !! This is very frustrating.
 
on 7.5 you can try a manual update going to phones (in EM) and selecting properties, and UPDATE button.

or retrieve options, all with reconcile

This is broke pretty bad in 7.5. More than likely you need to update the patches.

Had exactly same issue on R7.0 SS.
For Release 7.0 was advised by Avaya to POOS MPLR31601 and replace with MPLR31797.
Also to apply latest BCC Sig Serv patch
nortel-cs1000-bcc-7.00.20.10-63.i386.000.
Working fine now.
