You dont want that to happen. Many virus's act as attachments in Email messages and if you setup anything to auto-save your attachments, you'll be saving a lot of virus's to your computer.
If you are ona shared hosting service throug hyour webhost, you may not be able to do anything about the spam beyond suggesting them to intall better filters.
You can "smart" host your email if you need to via a different ISP and then setup your own filters there.

Get a program that can manipulat audio streams (ie SoundForce, Goldwave). You can then paly with the settings in those prograams to fix your problems.
Then create a project in Premier and silence the "old" audio track of your vidoe...
