dreamweaver 4 problem

hi, I have a little problem regarding Dreamweaver 4. I'm trying to make a new website (just started it) and at the moment i'm trying to make a logo for it. The logo is devided into 3 parts (uper-part, down-left and down-right). The upper part shows random pics (changes when you refresh) and the down-right-part is going to be used to put the links on. now, when you go to this link :

you can immediately see the problem I have. How do I get rid of the stuff between the upper and down part? I am just using tables so normally it should give any problems at all. I guess it has something to do with the script I used for the random pictures. (
