Premiere Crash

I have a Hp Paillion ZD7000 and here are the stats:

Proc : 3.06 GHZ
Mem : 512mbs
Vid Card : nVidia 5600FX 128mbs

Recently I have been have problems with Premiere 6.5, it just shuts off randomly or freezes. It really is annoying and it is eat up production time. I don't have any other program running except the occasional Photoshop. Is this a software problem or a hardware problem. Please help me...any suggestions will be taken. Thanks for your time.

Uninstall and then reinstall.
If still problems contact Adobe.

If WizyWyg's suggestion doesn't work, try removing QuickTime from your computer. See if it solves the problem. If so, reinstall Quicktime from Premiere's CD. I had issues in the past with QuickTime upgrade after installing Premiere.
