Every minute a minor alarm is generated along with an information event that says it recovered. It is alarm 11300 which says, "2.51 Local Power 0.9V Over 1.00 Flag". Event 11002 says, "Local Power 0.9V Recovered". Has anyone seen this?

Have you looked at the call using System Status or Monitor to see what is happening. Seems to be a good place to start.

Coming from a Nortel shop, I do agree with those above. However, Avaya certainly promised that they could use the Nortel phones and we assumed that they would have "normal" functionality. They do not completely operate like they used to. You mainly have issues when the system has POTS lines and...
You can do a level 2 reset but that will wipe everything out and take it to factory default. Or you can open a ticket with Avaya and have them give you the password of the day. But that will cost you.

There have been issues with Nortel phones ringing in a continuous ring for no reason. Seemed to happen with Rls 7 only. I would consider upgrading to 8.

When a line is accessed whether it is an incoming call or an external call, Transfer comes up on one of the softkeys. You can program Transfer on a button by doing Feature *3, press the button, and enter Feature 70.

Press the transfer button and dial an extension. That is if it is an incoming call. If not, press Feature 70 for transfer.
