Hi all,

I use my mobile phone to make a call to the avaya system's phone number, but after I hang up the avaya phone keeps ringing.

Where and how can I solve that problem?

Have you looked at the call using System Status or Monitor to see what is happening. Seems to be a good place to start.

Hi, please see above, I hang up the phone in the lighted section. But the phone will keep ringing until it reach mailbox.
 
Will it cause the problem if I set the figure wrong in the (Ring Persistency), (Ring Off Max) and (Disconnect Clear)?
 
I have seen strange things happen if you have Unsupervised Analog Trunk Disconnect Handling turned on in the System,Telephony tab.
 
I guess that you are using Analogue Trunks? its the disconnect clear settings that need to be adjusted a setting of 150 or 300ms usually does the trick!
 
Do you have vm notifications turned on?
If you hangup after a call and when you have a voicemail then it will ring you.

One Companty help me setup.

He buy something from mainland china (insert a cdma sim card, then convert it to the avaya)

I am not sure, it will works fine or not. Or does it need to setup soemthing?

I am newbies, I just try everything by myself. If all of you want to help, please let me know more details.
