But yes , this is the question , what is the better switch to run 32 ip phones (9641g and 9650) in
the IPO , any advice ??

As long as the PoE switch provides power on the right pins, then any switch will do. Power budgets are a concern.

An old 3COM 24 port PoE switch has a power budget of 192W. Each port is capable of supplying 29.6W per port. 24 ports multiplied by 29.6 watts equals 710.4W, way over the budget. In theory each Avaya IP Phone draws less than 7W.

You have 32 phones. Verify the power draw of each phone. Find a PoE switch with that power budget available.

We use either HP ProCurve or Avayas own range.

Don't count out ADTRAN. They have excellent products.

Some moddel in specific , actually have 2 cisco sf-300-24p but they have a lot of jitter and packet loss in internal and external calls so i decided to replace they switch´s to one more robust. Any advice ?
