If this is your only Norstar customer, then program them as needed, and leave them happy.
If not, then talk them into a Call Pilot, and give them all something they can use for a long time to come.
Look it up in a Webster dictionary.
You probably won't find anything useful, just as you won't searching that term here.
Describe what you're trying to acheive, and maybe we can help you.
To shed some light on the last posts, each card provides support for 4 lines (CO's) each. If line 1-4 are working as advertised, and kubes 5&6 are not, then the second line card is probably at issue.
Dasheen- cfna=6 on most, 4 on a few.
Curly- I've tried a couple reboots, but not cycling the VM setting in F983. I'll try that tomorrow.
If not, I'll start looking for a good price on the latest (and last) sw release.
I do appreciate the tips, I was afraid I was just losing my touch and...
The installer manual is pretty sketchy on the on-board AA. The Sys Coordinator (Admin manual) has better information on this.
Feature codes are F*81x. I always have to look up which do what. Turning Sys Answer on and off, and CCR on and off are both done in config programming.
I only have...
What kind of "tone"?
I wonder if there may be some funky manual forwarding in use, too. Try pressing Feature #4 when you're doing your rounds with F#984.

I didn't. The last...
This is usually our busiest time of year, but we're not usually THIS busy.
