CP transferring calls directly to mb's 2

Calls answered by Table 1 at 0 rings

Caller dials extension, and is transferred directly to their mailbox without ringig their phone.

CFB is none, DND and F4/F984 are not in use. Only 0 rings a phone (x24), all the rest (including x24 when dialed directly) go straight to their mailboxes.

It's good to see you guys are still answering Norvaya questions. I hope to get some time to join in again soon.

Odd one Rik

Aside from a reboot...
Try turning vmail off, reboot then turn on again in F983
Check Touch tone gate setting
Check DN lenght matches MB length
Check in F983 that each mailbox Ext: equals the DN of choice (that somehow its not set to None).
Upgrade to the lastest 3.1
REINSTALL

What's the fwd na rings set to?

Dasheen- cfna=6 on most, 4 on a few.

Curly- I've tried a couple reboots, but not cycling the VM setting in F983. I'll try that tomorrow.

If not, I'll start looking for a good price on the latest (and last) sw release.

I do appreciate the tips, I was afraid I was just losing my touch and this was something simple.
