Customer has MICS 7.1 and a CP 150 with 31.10.37.22 software. The outside callers is entering an extension and sometimes the voicemail is sending it to the wrong extension. This is not all the time. I have never seen this issue. Any ideas?
Have a customer with a CICS 2.0. Installed the CI card, programmed the extension to show the caller id. Let the phone ring at least two times and caller id is not showing. Also let it ring at least two times and hit feature 811 (no caller id). Im thinking the service from the provider is not there.
Recently install a CP 150 (had a Flash) and the customer is annoyed by a tone that's coming thru the phone if a call goes to voicemail (user does not answer the call). Does anyone know how to turn this off?
Got a customer with fiber between two buildings. Have the fiber module extenders hooked up and working. At the second building, the lights are not lighting when receiving a voicemail. The light flashes if someone calls the extension. Any ideas?

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think you can have two StarTalk Flash's on a MICS. I know if you want Enhanced Call Center to work, you need two CP 150's. You can put Basic Call Center on a CP 100 or CP 150.
