Trying to installing a Callpilot 150 Call Reporting

Trying to install Callpilot 150 call reporting, we are following the steps in the installation guide for callpilot reporting and we keeping getting an error, authorized Ip address, before any information can be received from call center, the IP address of the BCM or Callpilot must be entered into the security tab, of the configuration screen of the Nortel Networks Callcenter reporting. If this is not do, the real time screens and reporting will not operate and then you are present with the OK box, and when you click, you are returned to the CD directory in the drive, so we can't proceed on, does anybody know where you can find the security tab to enter the IP address.
 
This does not sound like the latest CCR software it should say AVAYA. What version is this.
 
The callpilit is 2.0, the call center reporting that we are trying to install is the Basic call center reporting
 
Upgrade the CP to the last software is the first thing to do. Then contact AVAYA.
