I Have a BCM 400. We have a PRI installed and the caller ID works great on the first call. However while on the phone if you get a second call incoming the caller ID show the "extn # to prime" and doesn't display the caller ID until you answer the call.
Any ideas?

I have not personally used it but I beleive the Admin 3.1 (65) that was just realeased addressed some dropped call issues on the dual PRI card.

I have a PRI installed on a 406v2 running 3.1.56. I have a problem in when I dial a number that is busy the system is dropping the call immediatly and the user does not get a busy tone. Any Ideas?
