I have installed Avaya IP Office in 3 of my customers sites. They also have requested TAPIT Call accounting software to be added. We are having a problem getting it to send out information. Their corporate office installed the Windows XP Professional on the PC but we are wondering since it is their version with some restrictions that is causing it to fail. We have installed the Merlin Magix previously and the TAPIT is working on all those. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Yes we did. We found out that the 2 PC's were not on the same domain. We moved the Delta Server PC to the TAPIT PC and it still did not work. It is an error in the TAPIT setup saying that it is invalid.

Tapit Tech support can walk you thru your setup in about 10 minutes. There are a couple of important factors. Delta server has to be running and you have to be able to locate the SMDR output file. Another gotcha is Tapit has about three applications that have to be left running on a PC. If closed tapit wont collect the data.

remember to install CDR Loader, it's a requirement for certain PBX types, IPOffice included

We put the Delta PC on the TAPIT PC and still could not get back to the SMDR.csv data. Could this problem have something to do with the domain.

Is this a multi-site environment, cause if so, you have to build a shared folder from the host PC.

Figure it out damn-it!
