Guys

HELP !!!! What am I missing.

This is my first SCN Setup, so possibly I am missing something.

Site A = 406V2 3.1.5.6
Site B = SOE 3.1.5.6

1. Voip Trunks b/t sites, both with line # and Group of 100.
2. Cnetralized VM PRo
3. Shortcodes for site/site ext dialing.
4. All Ext #'s and names are unique. Site A = 2xx and Site B = 12xx

ICR for Site B = VM:Attendant1
ICS for Site A = VM:Attendant1

When I call into Site B Attendant1 picks up fine. When I dial Extenstions from Attendant for Site B (Yes I created a 1???-->Trasnfer[$KEY]), I here nothing, see a breif i ndication of the transfer in Call status, and then all calls diapear form call status. But Attendant1 itself (remote vm) voice is Clear as day so obviously VOIP works.

When I call into Site A Attendant1 picks up fine. When I dial Extensions from Attendant for Site B, I here one ring and then all calls disapear from call status.

Monitor app is saying something about LCR not existing.. Here are the logs.

HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks
Ike / ICCS

First thing that strikes me is potential issues with 3 digits extn on site 1 vs 4 digits on site 2.

is there are reason for this, cos I'd really consider changing (but keep numbers unique)

Take Care

Matt
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

Thanks for the advice. I tried changing site B to 1xx. Same problems. Any otehr thoughts?

Just make sure you dont have short codes or anything else that could conflict with the dial plan. Make sure your menu has a timeout. I remember hearing that there is a bug with the menu and to make sure the timeout is in there. Also, u didnt mention this, but I assume that you can dial extensions directly across the network.

Make sure your trunks are unique between the sites as well. If one site is 200, make sure tha the other site is different.

Can you call between the 2 locations? SCN's work great but your setup of the IP trunks is critical.

Dear All

Thanks for everyones help. The problem was Cisco PIX VPN's needed fixup commands. Now it works great. I cant even tell its voip.

Thanks

And PS, According to Tech support, the 4-Digit Extensions in one site and 3 Digit in another is not a problem.
